Customer Service Advisor - Petaling Jaya

Requirements:
Vacancies: 10 positions
Intake: february 2024 (immediate hiring)
Location: redberry contact center sdn bhd, section 13, petaling jaya. (nearest lrt - asia jaya/mrt phileo damansara)
Basic salary: rm2500 (pls do not apply if expecting more)
Working days/hours: monday - sunday, 5 days/week (including weekends & public holidays), |10: 00 am - 8: 00 pm|
Our client is a renowned brand in electric vehicle industry, looking for the right people to be in their team. As a customer service executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent 1st level support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels - incoming & outgoing calls/ digital engagement (social media & electronic channel)
Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow- up with business partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
