JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Preferably in all three languages.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Responsibilities:
A) Create thumbprint at Vigilance machine / Create access card
B) Update employee data and personnel records.
C) Preparing for correspondence letter.
D) Check staff list for birthday date and send birthday wish email to whole group
E) Send new welcome email for new joiner to every department
F) Ensuring new employee documents are in order (Photo, IC, bank doc etc).
G) Update Company latest Organisation chart
H) Document delivery or collection from different department
I) To assist in monthly payroll
J) Preparing payment voucher and arranging for cash payment.
K) To ensure our cleaner do the entire daily cleaning works
L) Filing, photocopying, collating of documents and other clerical duties as and when required.
M) Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior.
