Business Development Executive | Junior - Puchong

Requirements:

• • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Business Admin & Marketing will be added advantage.
• • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• • Results-oriented mindset.
• • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• • Listen and understand customer requirements clearly.
• • Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
• • Prepare and deliver sales presentation and proposals.
• • Achieve monthly sales target.
• • Manage sales pipeline and sales forecasting.
• • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
• • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction.
• • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
