Responsibilities:
- Sales Lead Generation: Identifying potential sales leads that can develop into new customers.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Assessing customer needs and striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Building Relationships: Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Product/Service Information: Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Problem- Solving: Troubleshooting issues and investigating when necessary to resolve customer questions or complaints.
- Advocacy: Advocating for customers when needed, putting yourself in their shoes and ensuring their feedback is heard.
- Efficiency and Accuracy: Handling customer accounts with efficiency and accuracy
