Requirements:

• • Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar qualification.
• • Experience in digital marketing or as a social media executive is essential.
• • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• • In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• • Ability to create visuals using Canva or any other similar software or applications.
• • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
• • Flexible and engaging writing style.
• • Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
• • Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
• • Possess positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• • Speak and write good English is essential.
• • Able to work independently and possess strong drive to achieve the desired results.

Responsibilities:

1. • Creating written pieces and visuals that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to act/respond in a positive or encouraging manner.
2. • Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites on a timely fashion.
3. • Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
4. • Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
5. • Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
6. • Reporting effects/response/feedback to management and colleagues as from time to time.
7. • Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
8. • Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
9. • Provide sales support and student counseling to the queries on social media platforms.
10. • Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
