- Possess own transport
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in purchasing, business, supply chair or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2- 4 years' experience in buying/purchasing, merchandise/financial planning or procurement role.
- Proven analytical and problem- Olving skills. Highly self- Motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Filing all account documents and ensure accounts system is daily updated.
- To assist to your finance exec.
- To prepare document and communicate deal on financing facility
- Procurement- Issue PO & contact supplier for purchasing purpose
- To source, negotiate, close orders with suppliers and expedite delivery of materials
- To prepare purchase order, coordinating local and import shipment
- Other tasks that assigned by superior
